Referral Fee Program for Business Advisors and Other Individuals




The AEX Business Advisor Referral Fee Program allows anyone to receive compensation (upon completion of financing) by referring business loan and commercial real estate financing opportunities. With this program, AEX performs all of the necessary work, so it is not necessary for the referring advisor to have a detailed knowledge of commercial loan requirements. A license is not required to receive referral fees from AEX.


This program is designed to accommodate a wide variety of individuals, including residential mortgage brokers, real estate brokers, attorneys, CPAs and other advisors who have clients needing advanced and specialized business financing assistance.



Our Commercial Finance Training and Mortgage Broker Training Program has been discontinued.

AEX recently decided to eliminate our training program for new commercial mortgage brokers due to the increased time we are spending with commercial borrowers in an extremely difficult environment for small business loans. For brokers interested in specific assistance, we can still help on a consulting basis.
